“Milokleftis” is popular alcoholic drink in Greece, that is made from apples, ie Cider, with 4.5% alcohol and a sweet, unexpectedly refreshing taste.
Through this spec ad, we wanted to showcase all of the drink’s unique characteristics.

to implementation
The brand’s main character is a fox call “Milokleftis” which in Greek means apple thief. With that in mind we immediately knew that apples would have a key role in our spot.
But there was still one element missing: The fox! To our surprise, our editor owned a beautiful, orange colored, cat. Well we think that our cat’s tail worked our great!
shooting.
and capturing the
product
Shooting was the most challenging part. We had little time to waste, so we sticked to the plan (mostly). A few custom constructions had to be built in order to achieve certain shots, like the floating bottle one.
Lighting was a key element in the shot. We opted in for a hot red color in order to embrace the one of the drink.
editing.
TV spots should be attention grabbing and hold viewer’s attention for their whole duration. Editing can make or break a video, so we had to be careful with our shots selection and their manipulation.
